Alan Staley were awarded the double victory for their extension and renovation work on The Dower House, a renowned listed building in Derbyshire. The project highlighted their specialist knowledge and skill when working on a listed building, creating a property that is updated and improved whilst also retaining its original appearance and historic importance. Alan Staley Building Contractors were established in 1998. Based in Kings Newton, Derbyshire, they work largely on listed and heritage properties in the local area and further afield. They specialise in:
